In the classroom

Colin Oettle is a dedicated music educator whose holistic approach to teaching has proven successful for students of all ages. Mr. Oettle is an adjunct faculty member of music education at Westminster Choir College, where he teaches a course in string pedagogy. He is a conductor at Youth Orchestra of Bucks County and previously served as assistant conductor of the Northern New Jersey Youth Orchestra.

 

In addition to teaching from the podium, Mr. Oettle maintains a private violin studio at his home. He holds a New Jersey state teaching certificate and has trained in the Suzuki method of violin instruction.
